Tougher punishment for juvies

Post by JG-103 »

My house has been broken into again and i am willing to bet all the money i have that it was the same aboriginal juvies that broke into my house only 9 months ago, last time they left prints for the forensics to catch them, only to get a slap on the wrist with community service most likely, but what does that do? NOTHING. Who gives if they are under 18, something tougher needs to be brought in to prevent them from re entering the life of crime. These low life kids who have nothing better to do than burg decent hard working people's houses. they trash your house, make you feel unsafe in your own home, take all your belongings and leave you to clean it all up. If something tougher isnt brought in then they are just going to continue commiting crimes, and its not good enough! They wanna hope that i dont catch em breaking into any home i live in thats for sure!!!

In my opinion, the police are doing their job and arresting and prosecuting a large number of petty criminals such as break and enterers... the problem lies with the left-leaning magistrates and the far-left leaning parole board that see their duties as one of social change instead of crime punishment.

Personally, I'm tired of criminals being released on bail or parole only to re-offend literally within moments of being released because they believed his "I had a hard childhood" story.

Punishment should fit the crime, regardless of background. Against the current socialist thinking of 'reforming' criminals the justice system needs to learn that many criminals are career criminals, are dangerous to society and deserve to spend the rest of their days in prison.
