Test Calls

From around 5:30am this morning they started doing test calls to VKI from "Communications Support" going through each channel one by one. Anyone else hear this? To do with the digital system I assume?

it's gonna be tragic when digital arrives (for us scanner junkies that is)

They certainly aren't wasting time with the installation of the new digital comms system.

Turbo the mob I work for have a police repeater on one of their towers (up in the hills, guess what else the tower is used for...)

There have been Motorola contractors and riggers up there for the last couple of weeks every single day installing new digital gear.
