It seems Gardiner cant run as fast as Cousins!

Yep it was him (though police are not confirming it yet)

Watch the news tonight - he did some serious damage....

Not the smartest guy around is he - gets dropped from the Eagles for what looks like forever - gets given a miracle second chance (or is that fourth) - plays a great game - ends his carreer by being a dickhead AGAIN.

In the story about the ex-copper hostagey thing!
It's ok, I didn't mind reading it twice. Not to get into a sporting argument, but for someone who hates the eagles and thinks it's a team full of neanderthals, it's pleasant to see. Might go and read it again! :D
be gentle, I'm new to this!

I wonder when they sing "where flying high" at the beginning of the team song they mean "where f@#cking high" instead? I am an eagles fan but could not resist the joke>

After going down to the scene of the crash and seeing that when he hit the island with the keep left sign on it he was in the middle of the road and travelling pretty fast.

If he was 2 metres further left he would have hit a very solid light pole and probably died at the scene.

I would suggest that the blood test results may be very interesting if they do a thorough test.

Liam Bartlet yesterday asked the sargeant he was interviewing at the time in regards to this matter wheather or not Gardiner had been blood tested at the time the sargeant avoided the question. I am guesssing they didnt. I guess when it comes to breaking the law and you are high profile you can get away with breaking anything to do with the road traffic act. Look at the Cousins incident.

It will certainly be interesting to see what actions were taken at the time in regards to this particular incident.

If it goes to court, the judge will probably look at the fact that he has already been fined by the AFL and his suspension and possible loss of job with the Eagles and give him a slap on the wrist.

Our justice system is excellent. </sarcasm>

I can remember a couple of cases I have dealt with regarding fraud and inappropriate money payments in excess of $10,000 and the people involved have received, in my opinion, comical sentences.
