For those of you that know Reverend Barry May (Shepherd One), He Has Been Diagnosed with Cancer and will be retiring sometime around October this year.
His target date is before October 1st however due to red tape et'c it looks like it will be late October or early November.
Those of you that know him would agree there is nothing to big or nothing to small he wouldn't do, 2, 3, 4, 5 am he was there if he was needed.
I know I should add something else but I am still in shock and not sure what to say.
Respecfully Submitted

What can I say..
I to heard the news and was shocked.
Barry May is one of the nicest blokes that haas ever walked this earth.
As just.nosey pointed out he is always there if u need him. Nothing to be nothing to small.
I have known Barry since I was a child. He has been there for me through tough times including my grandfathers funeral (he performed the service)
Barry is a fighter and I hope that he wins the battle of the big C.

I've never had the pleasure of meeting Rev May but from everything I've heard and read, he's a true gentleman.
It's never pleasant to hear that someone is battling a serious illness, but I hope he can take comfort in the fact that there will be a lot of people out there in the community, whose lives he has touched in some way, who will be hoping for the best.
