No, one of the CLPs is. This one, from memory, is housed either at Forrestfield or O'Connor.

I beleive they only use the TTL when one of the CLP's is in for a service or maintenance. Either at Fremantle or Perth fire stations.

yep agree, this is the same info that i have heard. that they use TTL as a stand by for the CLP's
