This caused me and my boss to be an hour late for work one morning...
The people in front of me where not letting the Emergency vehicles through, and where driving up the kerb to get around the red car, when i got to the front of the line I stopped, holding up traffic letting the emergency services in.
Yes that Truck and trailer is in the ditch

Perth Airport. And Some water bombers based out of Jandakot.

Helitaks are @ Perth Airport and the Fixed Wing [DEC] are located in Jandakot and Bunbury
