Ok...so just to let you all know they are probably going to use the Police Emergency Channel - 26 (unconfirmed)- 468.475 - as well as the possibility of Channel's 45 - (Which is usually City Beats Command Post on weekends) - 468.950, Not sure if its going on the main Police Channel of Perth City - Ch 34 - 468.675...

So if anyone who is interested to listen in on this when it happens, if you can try and also scan the other areas such as SES - FESA and SJA - no doubt there will be others as well..

I managed to get the SES yest Morning on that search in Darlington - they used freq - 468.600 - so may be somthing there...

There was a posted topic not too long ago about Emergency Channels A & B, so will also be scanning out for these - 458.025 & 458.075...

I will be posting things tomorrow as i hear it - to keep you updated - so anyone else who can - please pitch in.... 8)

seeing as someone else has mentioned the subject it has been "planned" for about 3-4 months now and i would have been involved in one of the "sensitive" areas but i have tafe exams on.

would have been fun to watch an operations area stress out
:P

Confirmed location - FESA training area - Cnr of Dundas Road and Bedford Crs.. in Forrestfield

However - CD-510 - Says incident is in the City - 89 St George's Terrace, Perth

For some reason cars going to Dundas Rd - Not sure if its for a briefing then going to the city??????

Cars going to Forrestfield so far - JC-504, HL-103, HM-105, HM-107, Aj-103, JA-402, JA-407, AJ-101

From what I can hear there is either 2 operations - Command Post - Incident Control Vehicle of FESA - Western end in Forrestfield with CD-507 co-ordinating things there....

and CD-510 is co-ordinating things for the city - St.Georges Terrace - FESA - 4 units in attendance there - CD-510 confirming 20 plus people being led out of the building there....

It's confusing...so see if the units are sent from FESA training area from Forrestfield to go into the City........ :?

Guys, For your Info - FESA are using - their main channel - 78.100 - dispatching more units for this Operation. But main communication seems to be on Channel 3 of WAPOL on 467.900

Not sure on SES or SJA - can anyone who is listening confirm possibly other channels?

Latest Update:

FESA want WAPOL to cordon OFF-

1) Riverside Drive and Hill Street

2) Wellington & William Street

3) St.George's Tce and William Street

3) all Buses and Trains to be stopped heading into the area.

Thats all for now

Its good that all emergancy services get behind an exercise like this but the scary thing is that they actually need to train for things like this since September 11th. How times have changed.
