and they were both in Bunbury yesterday. I remember the numbers while filling them. Here a pic I took of two others refueling after we filled them. Over the course of the day the avgas at Bunbury Airport ran out so they were being filled from drums on the truck till the tanker arrived later in the afternoon.familyman wrote:These two were in Geraldton last week.
Managed to get these pictures while they where filling

Bomber's 600 and EOG were in Bunbury on Sunday (As well as the local two) and some from Manjimup/Albany. These were sent to Bunbury to assist with the Harvey/Hoffman fire. I too was filling waterbombers at Bunbury airport before the arrival of the Bunbury SES (and Blinky).

um...did I say they were the same? From what I said "Here a pic I took of two others" two others meaning different to the 2 that were pictured in Geraldton. Ok I missed the 's. Should have been here's a pic of two others.Nafenn wrote:

Re: Fixed wing Water Bombers
No need to make me separate...just the arrival of Bunbury SES would have done . Mine was only a small contribution as I was only there from 5pm till pack up time.Nick wrote:Bomber's 600 and EOG were in Bunbury on Sunday (As well as the local two) and some from Manjimup/Albany. FYI the Air Tractors use Jet A1 (Kero)(turbine powered) the PZL M18 Dromaders use Avgas (they are piston powered)
