Seemed pretty thin on stations last week. Maybe it's the wrong day of the week?VK6ZMS wrote:Hopefully there will be some activity on VK6RLM Wed night at 7.30 pm

Re: DX reports (FM and repeaters)
The sandbagger to talker ratio is too high.

Weds isn't great for me - get home, eat and go to sleep. Did drop in on the net the other week when we didn't have Ham College on the Tuesday night.robbage wrote:Maybe it's the wrong day of the week?

My antennas are still down, but will be back in the air soon!
Re: DX reports (FM and repeaters)
Nice one.
Sporadic E has also started up again on 6M. Port Pirie (VK5) TV signals on 50megs were heard in Perth yesterday.

Re: DX reports (FM and repeaters)
Had a contact with VK6YCG (I think, from memory) late Sunday morning. He was in Busselton while I was in the car park of the Woodvale Library. We were talking through the Tic Hill 2m repeater and signal strength was near-on perfect

Re: DX reports (FM and repeaters)
Impressive also because the Tic Hill voice repeaters are on the lower backup antennas at the moment. =D>Zebedee wrote:Had a contact with VK6YCG (I think, from memory) late Sunday morning. Re: DX reports (FM and repeaters)
This morning many of the fringe repeaters are making it in quite well. It looks very weird outside... misty.
Edit: Heard what sounded like the Katanning repeater on 147.0 Pretty sure the ident was RAW. Is that repeater operational again? Last I heard it was off-line and going to be canned?
