So you know... Legally the Aerodrome opperator has to report suspicious activities they see (or are reported to them) to CASA (which includes taking photos... especially from the tarmac), so you might want to be discreete when taking shots from there

however, nice shots :)

Anything I say is my opinion, and has nothing to do with/does not reflect the views of anyone I was/am/will be involved with/employed by/volunteer for/associated with. There, I think that should cover it!

I think you are taking things too seriously 'Nafenn'... I don't think you would get "locked up" for taking 'touristy shots' like these - if they do you better start locking up those that take photo's outside the fenceline and at the observation deck too!

Well, I think you're being a "silly sausage" and just trying to make trouble for no good reason.

The fact is, as someone with the required security clearances to be airside, Nafenn has to know the rules and regulations. He wasn't jumping down WF's throat, he was just giving him a heads-up that some people *may* take exception to it and to be careful on how to approach such a situation. However it sounds like WF had gotten permission beforehand which is exactly how things should be done.
