There's something strange going on with the sound card on the recording PC. It keeps switching from the Line in to the Mic input. I'll keep an eye on it.
I haven't heard anything yet, so I've switched the stream back to the source server. It's got a lower capacity but it'll work until the mirror comes back
We had a power outage this morning and although the server has come back online, the stream appears to have no audio. I'll take a look this evening
Everything's fixed now. Was able to restart Winamp via VNC.

(For technical folk: It's impossible to connect to the console of a Windows 2008 server using Remote Desktop, and Winamp has to run on the console to have access to the sound card. VNC server, however, will happily run on the console)

mstsc /v:host /console should do the trick
/console is deprecated. it's been changed to /admin since Vista SP1 and XP SP3
