In that last picture it looks like it has CP on the front, though I can't see the lighting tower that i thought was on all CP's, but it may be on the other side.
Not sure on the light bar.

Looks like the driver was ready to respond.........and also would it not be safer and less damageing to use a dry chem or foam extinguisher over water especially if it was fuel or oil on fire?
