Re: Unmarked WRX + Various
Nice shots. The second shot is borderline on visible number plate, but I couldn't read it when I zoomed in, but in future please edit it and blank it out completely so as to be safe.

Thanks Tyranus, I know the rules.....Tyranus wrote:Nice shots. The second shot is borderline on visible number plate, but I couldn't read it when I zoomed in, but in future please edit it and blank it out completely so as to be safe.
It wasnt blocked out because the sun causes too much shine, hence unreadable when zooming in.
The first picture was taken purpose above the number plate.
I've closed the door!

All private cars Rego plates need to be either cut out or greyed out - to not Identify that vehicle to the public as a police car.noddy wrote:sorry but can i ask why we cant show the plate?
It's pretty self-explanitory - if you have a marked car, people are less likely to cause trouble on the roads etc. Where as, if you have a un-marked car - with still all the bells and whistles inside, its harder for trouble makers to pick who is who - and then they get busted.

I seen that naked rodeo heading towards Perth on Sunday morning on my way back to Albany.
Re: Unmarked WRX + Various
Yeah. On the off chance they have memorised all the number plates or not seen the cars themselves.gkoutlis wrote:All private cars Rego plates need to be either cut out or greyed out - to not Identify that vehicle to the public as a police car.noddy wrote:sorry but can i ask why we cant show the plate?

Re: Unmarked WRX + Various
Is this a warsug rule or the law?
I think the most identifying thing about an unmarked police car are the pursuit rims and extra antennas. Are we gonna have to blur them too?
