I think there may be a flare up at Kings Park, alot of smoke has reappeared, coming from that direction.

Where abouts are you seeing this? I look directly at it and cannot see anything

I also just heard a whole lot of sirens around kings park road & thomas st.
Anyone heard anything more??

I too can't see smoke either, but it may well be a flare up again...

Actually your right , the smoke has cleared now, probably from a different incident.

Guys - Just noticed this too - Smoke - black - Billowing from the Mounts Bay road side - can't quite see from here completley - Very heavy smoke!

Pics up soon of the flare up - just shows you hot day with moderate winds can take hold very quickly.... This fire is burning through new bush heading towards to old swan brewery.

P.S why dont quotes work anymore?

Smoke is blowing in a slight westerly direction towards the Casino way - from seeing it here in my office.

Hence approaching swan brewey fast. Winds are 15km/h WNW with gusts of up to 35km/h

Perth CLP turning out to Swan brewery to get the stuff that's burning on the escarpment...Bet it's not often that gets turned out for a bush fire.
