Re: WA Police Changeover to Digital Radio
doubt it. why would they? The digital is all well and good and there is bound to be some special event channels dedicated for events like this.

A couple of Country Cars were involved in the Ops today on the foreshore but are all carrying Digital H/helds to compensate for lack of Digital Radio's installed...nra555 wrote:are they using the analouge network for the skyshow? or any other majour operations?

Ch54 was/is active though doesn't appear to be Midlands channel as a lot of jobs are being given for Subi and somewhere else around there. Can only hear VKI's side though so not to much info.

Was this WAPOL or City of Perth? I very much doubt WAPOL as everyone was carrying Digital H/Helds...richard omeara wrote:Also picked up Sky sky show command

Re: WA Police Changeover to Digital Radio
It was on a trunked channel.Said they were sky show command.2 channels. They talked about every thing toilet paper, fights, generators.Id say it was the city of Perth or some hired organisers.Definatly not WAPOL unless they are geting into the Kenny trade?
Re: WA Police Changeover to Digital Radio
Heard some local license checks today.I think there was some Geraldton cars in town.Any one else hear?
Re: WA Police Changeover to Digital Radio
You may need to specify what channel you were listening too? And Digital or still analogue?
