Death to the Fire&Rescue Logo???
Can someone please confirmed rumours that i have been hearing that the Fire & Resuce logo that you see on the doors of FRS appliances and polo shirts have been turfed and gone back to original FRS Logo found on the centre of FRS Structural and BUshfire hlements?
Don't know of any current rumours or changes, but both the crest logo, and the text only 'corporate' style logo have been used side by side for a long time. There are different uses for each.
Not sure of the official designation, but the crest is generally used for badges and plaques, and the text logo for corporate type use - letterheads etc.

I've also heard the "word" version of the Fire & Rescue logo has been turfed and they'll be only using the "badge" version.SmashedXR6T wrote:Can someone please confirmed rumours that i have been hearing that the Fire & Resuce logo that you see on the doors of FRS appliances and polo shirts have been turfed and gone back to original FRS Logo found on the centre of FRS Structural and BUshfire hlements?

That is false. The new Career FRS uniform will incorporate both the FRS badges and the FRS Word Logo. That should be in service mid to late next year.
