Cheers, Gav. I presume that then places it in the back?
I occasionally have friends that are drunk enough to try and squeeze in the back on the odd occasion  or family that want a lift so it's easier for me to have it all under my seat except for the head and mic. But then nothing stopping me from having used a seperate bit of carpet under my seat I suppose!

Yeah, that's true, but with it sitting on the back hump thing it's not likely that anyone sitting in the middle seat is going to try and put their feet there. I hope :-)

Quiz question? do you use your heaters set to the floor vents?.. cause if you do you may run the risk of over heating your radios :)

Never really been an issue :smt017

(Edit: Most of the damage I've seen with floor-mounted radios has been impact damage due to cargo - a bottle of water can have quite a bit of energy behind it if it hits something as it rolls along the floor)

Nope seldomly is it on heat, and if it is it's only on fan I can't remember the last time I used my air conditioner. I go by the only free air is when you open your window!
