what do they plann to achive by driving in giant circles?? get the cops dizzy? ,IF i was that guy id be going to streets like they have out the back of wanneroo and getting the car moving so VKI abborts the pursuite , or just not do anything to get in a pursuite

My guess: He only knew that area so he wouldn't end up in a dead end. Police already got his address details from his plates are were waiting at his house, he was just doing circles around it.

so close from where i was located on the night.i was driving pass manngroo and mikkkabrooke av. only moments before hand.i saw NW109 unmarked class 3

EDIT : Innaloo, Oswald St. was seen doing approx 160km behind shopping centre by ??110...lost sight of VOI in Drysdale St.

VKI just allocated car to Mirrabooka Drv and Ravenswood Drv as some clown broke off all stop signs and others and placed them on road.
