The comment about property was that the fire was going to jump Nicholson Rd and place property under threat. As my taxi was nearly an hour late, I was sitting listening to the radio, and just missed the Helitacs leaving the airport. 767 plus 2 of the others were leaving in 'formation'. From the initial arrival and escalation, sounds like it is a goer!

As I said "possible loss of property".kylep wrote:The comment about property was that the fire was going to jump Nicholson Rd and place property under threat. But correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the fire last year in this area start on the 26th of February also??
Edit: sorry the smaller Forrestdale fire last year started the 26th
