You tie it down to the stretcher place it over the patients chest turn it on and it delivers the compressions automatically. Apprantley in the states has increased survival rate by 80% didnt even say what it was called which sucks

I could see this being implemented in a Critical Care Ambulance. However once more units are sold I'm sure the price will come down in line with demand. However you wouldn't want to drop one of these down the stairs , you might need CPR afterwoods over the replacement cost
