Major Fires 2007/08 (Bush/Scrub)

Tis might be a bit off topic but does anyone know anything about the fire near chittering well on there allocated channel theywere talking about a fire that was out of control can any one help?

Nothing on FESA website, which doesn't mean a lot. Are they requesting a lot of resources?

This was yesterday i couldnt keep listening i had to go back to my shire channel. so that is y i was asking if anyone new anything about it and if it was arson.

Helitac 671 have reported a fire on their way to Helicopters Australia with 670 & 767 in Churchman Brook.

Roleystone have also turned out to have a look.

671 report it is in the Waterwheel Road, Bedfordale area and is a re-ignition from a previous car fire.

mandogalup is about to get busy! 3rd alarm scrub fire missed the area. around wetlands?

All 5 Helitacs plus Air Recce 1 are at the Kwinana South incident, fixed wing aircraft at a fire at Parkerville.

parkerville false alarm But now fire reported southwestern hy near whitby house in pine plantation latest report from mundijong on ch 40 running fire out in mopup as for kwinnana souths job still going

Sounds like swan view is going up...Map 317 D7 area.
Helitacks on way, also smoke sighting on farrel road.

Just got back for the Parkerville incident, nothing found.

Was in Wellard near Woolcoot Rd, seen it while driving north along Fwy today around 2pm. Minutes later report came over radio advising people to prepare to leave or stay, potential for lives and property loss

, road blocks by WAPOL.

Seemed under control then (due to lack of visible flames) and confirmed over radio about half an hour later that fire was contained, could'nt have been too big as there was no Air Support when i drove past, although wind was pretty gusty down there.

EDIT : Was more likely 2.30ish when i drove past

Decent fire back of Midland tafe/swanview/stratton Helitac 670/671 mobalised, Bassendean 1st, 2nd, Midland, Darlington heard so far.
