Most of us are to busy fighting fires to play with a camera. good pic though amazing what you can do with photoshop

Wow 1 post and already you're criticizing, nice to see we have adult members joining the forum :roll: Most people would be thankful for the pics, which they are, yet you accuse him of photoshopping? Pfft.

The only think photoshopped was the grain as I shot it at 3200ISO. Apart from that I managed to capture the light reflection with the low shutter speed.

well going by the pics i dont see any flames ?? and i know you dont need flames to show fire but still great pics.

The red is off the lights off the vehicles. The white is the steam/smoke after it was all pretty much out. I have to do some work you know, I cant go around taking photos all the time...... ;)

Agreed. Those photos were excellent. I only wish I had the photography gene :) The thing I lack the most is the steady hand.

A bush fire in Parkerville, near Devon Road and Hill Road off Seaborne Street has reignited.

There is the potential for lives and/or property to be at risk.

The incident was reported to FESA’s Communication Centre at 4.30pm today.

Firefighters from surrounding stations are currently working at the scene.

Two helitacs have also been mobilised to assist ground crews..."
