Heard a vehicle comming up as "STL"
The dispatcher did not no what is stood for, and nor do I.
The driver also had a MDL suspension till the 31/12/2099 - is that a life suspension?

Isn't it a DPI code for stolen?????? Mainly used when dealing with plates only.
