Does anyone know are the fleet replaced at certain periods of the year like a certain month ?

GUessing by the variance in the klms travelled in ther cars that are going to auction it cant be a klm thing more of a certain time of the month.

Traffic cars are 60,000km (supposed to be but I know many cars are pushing 90,000km) and vans are 80,000km
