Not unless you want to get technical and get them for not being in full control of the motor vehicle :twisted: Heck you could get the same if you put your hand partially out of the vehicle and made a whirly bird signal :shock:

That comes from the old days when the members of the RAC would salute cars as they drove past to warn them of police ahead.
