that has got to be one of the bloody worst intersections in the area...It was a previous Black Spot, and the changes (by making the side turn longer) does sweet f all.

Bloody Main Roads  cant design something half decent
Dont get too many calls there though. There are a few that are much busier for t/a with persons trapped in the area.

Worst would be ennis x port kennedy

What sounds to be a serious TA on the narrows bridge - Northbound. AG207 saw the vehicle traveling at high speed followed by a huge bang, requested P2 to get there.

UPDATE:
All occupants seem to be alright - Officers are at a loss as to how

Confirmed 215 mitchell freeway southbound near where it joins into kwinana freeway.

1 person confirmed deceased by SJA freeway is now blocked off another crew heading there P1

**update** just before narrows will be blocked off for sometime maybe someone else might have some VKI updates as i didnt hear much.

Both SJA crews have gone with the team leader for a de-brief in subiaco a sign it was a bad one.

Anyone have any other updates ?

Serious 3 car MVA -

One car mounted curbs - took out signs and came to a rest at the Skate Park in Burswood - before Causeway on ramp.

Other two vehicles, were found opposite side of the road on Canning Hwy - Facing the Ultra Tune store..

2 x AJ cars with P2

SJA left the skate park with driver - under P1
