Time for a few more pics before dinner.

Here's Daglish 1st LT in action at that big fire in Neerabup last year.

Rest are taken at the WA Salvage fire.

Let him imply what he likes Donga, it's water off a ducks back with me.

That one at the WA Salvage in Morley I was on the way back home from Gibbons Holden in Gosnells and Kyle Parker rang me and told me about it, mind you it was a bit hard to miss the smoke from the Tonks.

Nah KP's mate.

The WA Salvage ones are mine, the rest are his I think. He's got oodles of shots of FESA vehicles.

He was a 'hardcore' vollie at Kalamunda hence the reason heaps of Kalamunda pics, but sadly he lives in Sydney now.

I've only really got interested in FRS appliances in the last 12 months...WAPOL stuff just bores me now.

Some of us are actually busy working/helping at these sorts of incidents, rather than adding to the rubber-necker problem..

Chris I know members on this forum love the pictures of anything to do with emergancy services and there workings. My only issue I have and I am sure most members have on this forum is is how someone manages to get so close to the scene the get great photos like that.I have seen members on here abuse people who admit that they head to things that they say they hear on the scanner. I am not suggesting that Tom has done it in this case but you are saying it is ok for him to do it if he is becasue he posts his pictures up for all to see. In this forum it mentions something about Responsible Scanning attending any job heard on the scanner for picture or video in my view not responsible scanning. I am not aiming that at any of our media guys as they have a job they must do. I am not by anyway suggesting Tom is doing that before I cop any abuse I am just trying to get a point across.

firstly you (you as in everyone not you as in you donga) gotta prove that tom was listening to the scanner and didnt just happen to come accross the fire or that he didnt find out about it by some other means (ie a friend or the tv etc) before it can be said that he was "fire chasing" (goin to the scene of a fire after hearing it on the scanner) and not being a responsible scanner user.

But then you have HM681 who tells everyone he goes to the scenes so...
