one person with head injuries that's all they've said.Traffic being deverded.there will be a media release soon

it's not the best of frequences remember this is right up the top of town near joondalup so you may find it hard to pick up.Even mine has a lot of statick on it.keep tryying.thats all i can suggest.

Ch 48 is in Kondoola. If you can't receive that, there's no channel in the Joondalup group that's further south...
