i have an estimate that its a mental institution because they say mental patient escaped from emer street
but what is elmer street?????????

Fremantle Hospital's main entrance is on Alma St, I assume they have some sort of Psychiatric care Dept there because I've heard them take a few people there and of course lots of absconders too!

Fremantle Hospital is on Alma St, Psychiatric care is a part of the Hospital now that Grayland is only a LOCKED UNIT!
