9pm Karrinyup area Fri night

Post by westernwedgey »

I was at work without scanner around 9 o'clock last night and heard a heap of sirens on Karrinyup Rd near Shopping centre and on West Coast Hwy heading that way...also seemed to be around the suburb aswell, i thought it was a chase.

Does anyone know wtf was happening, only curious.

Ta in advance.

Unsure if this is a seperate incident, but there was a chase around that time as well in the same location - even had Polair 61 there too - didnt the car being chased lose control or something towards Karrinyup Rd exit from Fwy?

Don't know for sure Mr G, I think it was Polair 62 (it was a plane at least) that started circling the area just after the sirens stopped...

It would add up though because the action was east of the shopping centre and the sirens on West Coast Hwy went to the fatal in North Beach in think.

Thanks Mr G and nachoman :smt023

No probs there WW. 8)

I was at the Osborne Park show with my young cousins - and as we were leaving the grounds (along Royal Street) - (10:30 ish) - Polair 61 - had her Nav Lights on - No spottie - but orbitting the area in a largish circle for at least 15-20 minutes.... so yeah this may help. However - One of the kids pointed out to me a plane to the west of the oval/grounds - as the Fireworks were going off well and truly - again orbiting the area slowly "with a spot light on" - so yeah - maybe all a coinsidence.

Cheers
