Personally I wouldn't call that orange....

No orange listed on the website http://subaru.com.au/explore/Impreza/ex ... de=WRX+STi

Well Subaru officially call it "Under the Sun Orange" It's their car, their color I guess.

I can tell you that the orange STi has dramatic suspension and drive train changes that would be a definate advantage to any Police force. It is limited edition originally with only 50 being released. Subaru extended that to 250 and there is 1 getting around Sydney that is a marked Police car.

Could it be that 1 does actually exist on trial here in WA but the fine boys in blue on this forum don't know about it? I would still prefer the XR6T. They are sexy ;)

Edited: I called it the XRT6 :(

Some REAL mature people here guys

Tom, loved the toy pics mate :)

And no need to flame me guys, just saw it in another forum and thought I'd ask somewhere where I was expecting some maturity in the answers because of the "apparent experience" of some of the people on here.

Won't bother asking in future I guess.

Certainly bears quite a resemblance to the shade Tiger Mica, you know the colour Holden ORIGINALLY released years ago and heaps of other car companies copied it when it became oh so trendy .. :-s

Of course, I would take what was written on www.ilovetellingstoriesaboutcars.com over the knowledge of this site. Way too many connections for that thing to slip thru the net.

Nice looking motor, if ya a Subaru fan. Personally it is too small for operational Policing. With all the shit thats carried, you would be lucky to be able to turn the wipers on.

I certainly wasn't taking what was written elsewhere... hence the question. Thanks for clarifying.
