gkoutlis wrote:Guys - Its been ages since we heard and or seen Polair 61 - I know i wasnt hearing things, but a chopper flew low level heading back towards Jandakot, and a reliable source from Jandakot says - its NO RESCUE 65 - So.... could it be Polair after almost 2 months??????

The chopper - what ever it was - was flying faster than Rescue 65 and certainly had the shape of Polair - she over flew my place in South Perth at about 7pm or so..... Wonder if Doogues heard this chopper??

MrG,

Not sure you have been around aviation but Polair61 has a very distinctive engine sound. Has a lot of bass to the engine.

I can be sitting in the house and know what it is without going outside.

If they take up the State and Federal Government LPG conversion rebate and convert it to fly on LPG it would probably sound completely different.

Lift your game MrG otherwise you'll win the 2006 wooden spoon award.
