Police powers
I just feel like I have to add my two cents in 
When I was younger, I was a slack lazy bastard and only got my automatic licence. After a year or two, I got a manual car and drove it *without* the proper licence.
I had a LOUD stereo and limo tint (above the 35% threshold).
In the 4 years I drove that car without the proper licence, I was pulled over maybe 4 or 5 times.
I was never charged and always cautioned and let off, and do you know why? Because I'm not an asshole and don't treat police like they're assholes. They're doing their jobs.
If I was a prick to the cop that pulled me over, I'm sure I'd have been in the shit many times. Yellow sticker, charged for driving without the correct licence and probably noise violations as well.
As a completely non-related third party to this, I think that fly_on_the_wall seriously needs an attitude adjustment of some kind (And don't take that as a threat that violence needs to occur, I'm not a juvenile).
