Vehicle on the way to Joondalup Hospital (?101) with mother and soon to be newborn, VKI advised can only travel thru TCL's with lights and sirens, normal otherwise, although can travel quicker with extreme care...

All arrived ok, were going to meet with SJA on the way if possible don't know if this happened...but heard them book off
