Car V Bell Tower

Raced out the door for this one but it was a non-event.

The Bell Tower has a small moat and grass area around the base. This guy some how ended up on the grass with one tyre barely in the water. Not what I call a crash. I thin he was 317.

yeah, got the job on that one before it went out to the police, spoke to the copper when he called to confirm we were going, he couldn't stop laughing at how you could miss seeing the tower

I think it was an elderly gentlemen....not sure

apparently(so my tow truck driver says) the driver of the vehicle hit the accelarator instead of the breaks, but doesn't know what he was doing on the grass in the first place

PS.though he wasn't 317
