I'm am looking to find out how to listen to Albany Airport radio traffic. What radio is required and what are the frequencies? I Do not have experience with programing radio so guidance would be appreciated.

I'm am looking to purchase a scanner, handheld or one that can be placed in my car. I'm not sure on how to program scanners and am not looking to spend more then $700. If any one can recommend one that would be awesome.
