Check this out men, I actually cant see anything wrong with this. The officer gave them the option pay the fine or entertain them. This is good old fashion policing and the guys that were forced to "rap" obviously enjoyed putting on a show.

Have u ever listened to the scanner on a friday and sat night late at night??? There is so many 328s and 428s (342's and 442s) that its not funny, how do u expect 1 or 2 cars to attend them ...
