It's someone with either a police radio, or a normal radio with the police frequencies programmed in, easy to do if you know how. Highly illegal of course.

Pretty sure the same guy is now just constantly hitting the talk button over and over and over. Happening all both 48/50/52.

This is insane vehicles are having real trouble getting through and its been going non-stop for 15min...

Ok again tonight. Sounds like the same guy, total idiot.

Polair61 was going past and called going to a job, then our idiot called as 61 but didn't say anything more.

Then called as NW102 and somehow (this VKI op is a little to relaxed this evening I think

) got job details for a job... Then the same car (female officer) IN NW102 booked off at a job. Boy did that confuse VKI

Then he called as NJ100 and wanted a breath op. Right now VKI is scratching his head about it, doesn't yet realize it was a hoax call... oh wait J100 has confirmed no one there made that call and said it was a hoax.
