Another idiot

About 4:40am this morning channel 21 was overtaken by some loser. I will put up some sound files if I can work out how.
At first they thought it may have been an officer in trouble as the voice the guy has putting on sounded like he had a slit throat.
So VKI had to get everyone to do a radio check and see if they still had their portable.
Will let you know what happens - its very irratating and makes the Police (and mine) job that much harder. Been on about 5 minutes now.
