How could he not see that vehicle pulling out? He had enough room to do a 3 point turn and drive out.

This is why I dislike 4wd's, too many blind spots.

Same problem in utes with Trademates or similar on the back. I did a few grand damage to a workmate's work car because he parked in my blindspot (ie behind me Pulling out from diagonal parking is a nighmare until you get most of the way out into the road.
