serious assult at fast eddys in freo.1 of the POI's being chased on foot near the esplanade heading toward macas now near cliff st. 5 cars off at scene or chasing POI's.Cars at scene.VF109,VF101,VC101,VM104 and VP102.Crowd now in front of hj's having a blue.
