Cars headed there P2 report that some one had shot a neighbor dog for attacking some animals and now that neighbor has threatened to shoot him. Call taker reported hearing what sounded like shots in the back ground.
approx 4 cars there not sure of call signs.

POI has been found with the dog that has been shot.

I hate people that do this, they are some of the lowest around. 'Tribal justice'....

I too am concerned for the welfare of the dog.

I've heard VKI issue P1's for serious offences invloving firearms before.

The guy shot the dog because it was attacking his sheep.
I live close to there they're semi-rural properties. On the one hand I feel for the guy who's sheep were killed but I also feel for the guy who owns the dog.
I like animals and do a lot of rehabilitation work with all kinds of animals. In this case it seems rough to shoot the dog but if it was cutting sick on the sheep then it wasn't shot for no reason.
I don't know all the facts but it wouldn't be right if he didn't at least approach the dogs owner before shooting it.

Personaly I got no problem blowing a dog away if it's killing my animals.
I like dogs and I'm not a heartless prick, but hey, this guy probably makes a living off his livestock and for all we know this guy may be shooting as a last resort.

considering the property would be no bigger than 5 acres i seriously doubt it. Its across the road from the city of gosnells council chambers!

doesnt matter were it is.could be sheep today and kids the next.the owner of dog should keep it locked up.end of story.
