FESA forum changes

Just so everyone's aware, after discussion with meg (FESA forum mod) and the admin team a couple of small changes have been made. This has been done to make the navigation a little easier as there were too many stickies and a bit of "double handling" was occurring.
1) The FESA stream announcements thread is specifically that - an announcement thread so it's now with the other announcements. (Discussion as before occurs in the discussion thread.)
2) The 2008 Storms thread is now locked and has been de-stickied.
3) The miscellaneous incidents including rescues 2008 thread and the Other minor fires/incidents etc - 2008/2009 threads have been merged.
4) The Bush Fire Appliances thread and the BRT and other appliances thread have been merged.
We trust this is satisfactory.
