Snapped at Midland Central after being behind it on Military road. I thought the light bar was a ladder from a distance. I'm curious though what colour the top white strobe is and when it's used etc.
Sorry didn't get a shot from the back there was cars driving past, it has an LED diplay behind the wording.

It will be an orange strobe used airside.

It's definitely an Airside stobe in Orange/Amber.
The vehicle is an AFP Aviation portfolio protection vehicle.
There were two at PIT two weeks ago. Not usually located there, may have been for a course/training ?
Usual suspects at PIT are VE commodore & Rodeo w/Cage

These 2 park near Gate 4 on the domestic side.
