Agreed, I'm pretty sure Parkervielle has a mixed beacon on their 3.4?

Alot of the 3.4U's have the mixed beacon on them.
Serpies and Oakford do also.
Just never seen that on the back of a FRS truck.
Usually the two Britax or Highlighters.

Joondalup's MP is actually MP47. The twin colour beacon on the rear is new. They used to have a red "peanut" on top of the white box on the right and a blue "peanut" where the twin colour one is located now.
VFRS 2.4U and 3.4U appliances have dual colour Britax peanuts where space (and cost) allows. Wagin 3.4 and Medium Tanker, Yanchep HSR, and Mount Barker 2.4 are examples with the dual colour beacon at the rear.

That's interesting because the Joondalup crew had the same appliance (9FU-963) at the Police Academy Open Day in February 2007 (see below), as photographed by AV201 in July 2007 and by another of our members in December 2007 the picture of which was posted in another forum.

Also photographed as Joondalup Pump on NYE, 31/12/05. Police Academy Open Day, July 2005.
MP50 was the Spare in use by Malaga in December 2007.
Also, the CFA mudflaps are the Appliance manufacturer, and can be seen on most if not all of this series of Medium Pumpers. IIRC, they are now SEM Fire & Rescue. They build alot of the appliances being used around Australia.

My appologies WPXZBP,Yes it is Joondalups appliance. The 'toolbox' fitted on the offside is a addition( in the past 6 months or so) for the Confined Space Rescue gear stowed on the pump.

The beacon changed to a dual colour version prior to December, 2007.
