Yes, this subject has been posted in the WA police section. Clown is an understatement.

Probably the same guy from that ep of The Force a while back with the red ss ute, who got caught spinning around corners and then was found to be over the limit. I guess if you're gonna get caught you may as well do a good job of it aye
