Has anyone got a good tuna casserole recipe?

Or salmon pattie recipe.

I find that www.cooks.com is pretty good. It's all user-submitted recipies and it's American so you will find that some of them refer to ingredients we've never heard of, but all in all there's stacks of them on there and worth a look
