Would I be correct in saying that the police caused the death of a young girl by stuffing up a case against Dante Arthurs and letting the homicidal child molester back onto the streets?

A very long bow to draw......let's hear the argument for your statement........and please talk about facts NOT some media hype.

Sorry I should have said this but I dont believe that the police bungled it the first time. I was merely putting this out there in order to get peoples reactions or opinions regarding the matter. I have upmost respect for WAPOL's abilities and I know that if they could have locked him up, they would have indeed.
