Just over Ch21 a scuffle has broken out in Bunnings Car Park Morley, police dispached?? why call the police, private property isnt it, so where's the City of Bayswater Security Patrols ?? would they handle things like that ??,

private property mean squat during the commission of a crime and if some one is being assaulted last time i checked that was against the law. The Police owe a duty of care to protect society against crime. It all comes down to the law of Torts

If there was a domestic, stabbing, shooting, or drug operation on private property, I reckon the cops should be able to attend eh?
