Doing suburb coverage today at work spotted 8 vy/vz commodores in the yangebup area. antennae/s on the back window, pursuit rims some with tinted windows.
We should stake our their houses and see how long it takes for them to go zooming around with lights on!
atleast 6 of them will no doubt read this

You described my old commodore

I now have a Black BF XR6T, I could really scare people if I had one.

ok so just recently i have started a new job working for a Forklift company in Welshpool. Today i was doing a pre-sale inspection of one of the trucks. I noticed it had a blue strobe light on the head guard rather that an amber one... This kind of took me by suprise as i thought it would have been illegal.
I think before it can be sold it has to have this replaced with an amber strobe light..
Would anyone here know if its illegal to have a blue strobe on a forklift?!?

If it's not road registered/used on a public road, there's nothing illegal about it. It is poor form though...

yeh i will look into its history of what conditions it was working in.. I do know some places have high intensity clear strobes and have seen red ones too.
ha ha how funny would it be hearing:
VKI: Whats your class of vehicle and driver status?
"VKI we have a Priority Pursuit driver, Class of vehicle is.. errrm... 2.5tonne Toyota forklift."

It may be used on a mine site, I think they use a blue light are a warning light for certain chemicals. I would check to is buying it before you go changing it.

Yeah mine sites often use blue lights to indicate carrying something dangerous...i.e. explosives or chemicals, it may be something like that.
